About Tongdyen
I graduated from the University as a Linguist, but immediately after my studies, I did a beginners and advanced training in cake making and confectionery. I started giving private lessons to individuals since October 2020. I am ready to give tutorials on different types of cakes and cake decorations, cocktails and mocktails, fresh fruit juices, smoothies, shawarma, pizza, burger and pastries.

I am a certified Baker and the C.E.O of Koko's cakes and more. I give lessons to people from Age 18-40. My basic teaching method is explanation and demonstration. I focus on the student-centred approach to learning where, both the teacher and student play an active role. Students active participation is required. I give handouts and lesson notes before practicals. I teach 3-4 topics for 6hours per day from Monday to Friday.
