I have worked with Rory in a women's football club called South London WFC for about a year. At the time, I was the head coach for the club and Rory came in to help with training and match management as he was recovering from a playing injury.

His enthusiasm was felt immediately. Respectful, dedicated, resourceful, friendly and full of energy, he immediately made an impact after joining. This was the case during training and matches, but also outside of the main role as he joined club meetings, and frequently proposed initiatives to move the club forward.

I can envision Rory being a great tutor for young people and adults alike, due to his energetic and friendly style of communication. Everyone felt energised by Rory in our club when he delivered training drills or spoke to players directly on one-on-one coaching moments on the sidelines.

It was great having Rory in the club and hopefully his new endeavour brings him as much happiness as it brought SLWFC having him with us.

Rory has a really fun and patient coaching style, he took time to understand the things I was struggling/ less confident with before working specifically on them which really helped me. He is approachable, relaxed and a good teacher.

I have had several lessons in the Rory and I feel so much more confident in my ability to play tennis . He created a safe environment for beginners and is an amazing teacher . Thankyou
