About Rebecca
I have 5 years of experience teaching Computer Programming to K-12 students through online one-to-one live lessons. I hold a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science from a U.S. institution. I was recognized with a Youth Coding Comfort Award for helping young learners feel confident while learning logic and programming basics. I strongly believe that coding should feel creative and achievable, not stressful, and I shape every lesson around that idea.

I start coding lessons assuming the student is completely new. First, I explain what coding is and how computers think, using everyday examples.
Then I slowly introduce Python, JavaScript, Java, SQL, and basic Artificial Intelligence ideas—one small concept at a time. I focus on logic and understanding before anything else.
Students can pause me anytime, ask repeated questions, or say they feel lost. I adjust my pace immediately. My lessons are interactive, friendly, and designed to make coding feel safe and interesting for K-12 learners.
