About Lyra
I am a guitar tutor with over nine years of experience specializing in group classes and workshops, both online and in-person. My teaching philosophy centers on collaboration, creating a supportive environment where every student feels valued. I focus on building a musical community while ensuring each learner receives individual attention.
I guide students from elementary to advanced levels, adapting lessons to suit varying skills and goals. My teaching approach focuses on helping students explore the guitar in a creative and expressive way. Every lesson includes listening, improvisation, and repertoire building to strengthen your skills in real-world contexts. We explore various styles, from rock and blues to jazz and acoustic arrangements.
