About My Lessons – Norwegian Language, Culture & Travel Insights As someone who is half Norwegian and has a strong connection to the country, I offer beginner-friendly Norwegian lessons that go beyond just the language. My sessions are ideal for anyone looking to explore the basics of Norwegian while also learning about the country’s culture, geography, and everyday life. I focus on building conversational confidence, covering practical phrases, pronunciation, and useful vocabulary — perfect for those preparing for a trip or simply curious about the language. I also bring in insights from my personal experiences, offering travel tips, cultural context, and off-the-beaten-path recommendations that most guidebooks leave out. Lessons are typically 60 minutes and fully adaptable to your pace and interests. For learners more interested in Norway itself than the language, I also offer sessions focused on Norwegian geography, history, customs, and lifestyle — great for travellers or culturally curious learners.
