About Satkriti
I am an architect and a certified yoga teacher, having practiced yoga for over 10 years. My journey began as a way to bring balance and calm into my life, and over time, it evolved into a deep-rooted practice that supports both my emotional and physical well-being. I am a Yoga Alliance USA-certified teacher and have completed my 200-hour Teacher Training Course in Rishikesh, the birthplace of yoga. This dual path of architecture and yoga allows me to stay grounded, present, and inspired in both my personal and professional life

The class is about yoga and meditation. I will assist the user yo do vinasaya yoga flows and do meditation routines too. The 1 hr class only requires a mat and can be done from the comfortof your own home.
