About Bri
I have experience in CrossFit training, arm wrestling, and bodybuilding, and I understand strength from multiple disciplines. Right now, I am intentionally starting again from zero building strength and body structure from the ground up. This allows me to truly guide beginners who feel weak, unsure, or intimidated. This online weight lifting coaching program is created for women who are starting from zero and ready to become stronger, both physically and mentally. Each lesson focuses on proper form, foundational strength movements, and safe progression, while helping you build confidence in your body. You’ll be guided step by step in a supportive environment that encourages self-belief, consistency, and long-term strength without intimidation or pressure.
