I am a dedicated B.Sc. Yogic Science student with a genuine passion for sharing the transformative power of yoga. Even as a beginner on my academic path, I have been actively practicing and learning the art of yoga, which has enriched my life with balance and well-being. I strive to create a welcoming, supportive environment where beginners can explore gentle asanas, mindful breathing, and effective warm-up techniques.
