About André
I am a music lover that has been playing for almost 15 years now! I am well versed in jazz theory and my main instrument is the bass, which makes it the instrument I like to teach the most! I've been playing in several bands for years now and can help you with the practical side of playing live as well. I've done a course on teaching several people at once how to interact musically and I also have a BA in Jazz Performance. I'm originally a Portuguese speaker, but I can speak perfect English as well!

Depending on your level I will be focusing on different things, although I'm always going to focus on theory, because I believe that to be the main 'sauce' to evolve. I'm free to discuss the time of the lesson, but I usually give 1 hour lessons. I've been teaching for 5 years now and I have a BA in Jazz Performance. Anyone is welcome to the lessons! If you would like a trial lesson, we can schedule a 20 minute lesson for free where I can tell you my methods and you can tell me a bit about yourself!
