Hi, I'm Maddy!
I'm the founder of Macros Matter and a passionate nutrition coach dedicated to helping people build healthier, stronger, and more confident lives.
As a natural competitive bodybuilder, I understand the challenges that come with balancing nutrition, training, work, and everyday life.
