About Conor
About me! I’m a squash coach based in both Essex and Suffolk. Leading junior and adult programs. I have had a successful junior career and now have full time job working in the sport I love. I still play a high level but put my energy developing other people’s game. I coach all ages and abilities from an England No1 junior to a 75 year old racketballer.

Online squash coaching lessons will be ran for 45 minutes looking into various different elements to improve your game. Movement, technique, fitness, tactics and psychology.
Depending on the individuals time frame and goals, a realistic-structured plan will be created, that can fit into your daily routines.
Lessons can be done on and off court finding new ways to level up your game!
