Hi! My name is Terrence Zibengwa. I’m a fitness enthusiast with a strong passion for health, movement, and helping others feel their best. I may be at the start of my professional journey, but I’ve gained valuable experience through my own training, research, and by helping friends and family reach their fitness goals. I’m currently working towards becoming a certified personal trainer because I truly enjoy motivating people, building confidence, and seeing them grow stronger—physically and mentally. I believe in showing up with professionalism, respect, and a positive attitude in every session. My goal is to guide you with personalized support, proper technique, and workouts that actually work for your body and lifestyle. I’m a passionate personal trainer focused on helping clients reach their fitness goals through personalized, motivating, and safe workouts.
