About Matt
The bass was kind of exotic and mysterious to me as a kid growing up loving music. I’ve been exploring the instrument for the last 20 years since! Like a lot of people I started off jamming the heavy riffs of bands like Iron Maiden and Rage Against the Machine and have since expanded into all sorts of pop and hip-hop including tracks like ‘Get Lucky,’ to “Espresso.’ Other greats like Tame Impala's ‘The Less I Know The Better,’ to Kendrick Lamar's ‘King Kunta,’ really show the flexibility of the bass and I'm excited to help you on your journey to find your way to have fun and connect with this great instrument.
