Perfect! Harvey is patient, knowledgeable and is clearly very passionate about music and sharing that passion with others. He helps me recognise and celebrate the small wins I make in my learning and gives actionable, thoughtful feedback on my areas for improvement. He breaks new and complex concepts down into manageable and digestible pieces, and makes me feel validated when I don't quite grasp a concept the first (or second or third!) time round. I particularly appreciate his use of relatable analogies to give some sense and structure to things I, as a beginner, am at times completely unfamiliar with.

As a person who can find it quite difficult to not interrupt and go off on a tangent due to my ADHD diagnosis, Harvey takes a moment to address my questions, makes a note to come back to them at an appropriate time, then makes sure we stay on topic for the particular lesson.
