About Eleanor
I have been teaching students ranging in age, from as young as four years old to seniors, with a wide range of abilities and levels for the past few years Several of my pupils have worked through the ABRSM examinations, while others have chosen not to do so or have taken the route of Popular music. Resources were adapted slightly to accommodate for online learning during the Coronavirus (COVID-19) restrictions, and I am comfortable teaching online for those who wish to do so.

I create adaptable lesson plans and acquire suitable resources for each individual pupil to best suit their learning needs. Motivation plays a key part in the progress of pupils, through obtainable goals and performing opportunities, such as recitals and examinations, while also providing a foundation in music theory. I specialise in Classical music and I am happy to work with complete beginners or those wishing to do the Trinity or ABRSM examinations. I hope to create a friendly and positive teaching environment for pupils of any age to make learning enjoyable at all times.
