About Jessica
I am a Biology tutor/teacher, and a math tutor/teacher. I am qualified to teach at the high school level, as well as middle school level. I have taught college biology and chemistry classes as a lab assistant while in college as well. I have been teaching/tutoring science and math for nearly 10 years.

My teaching method is to first evaluate where the student is currently. After careful evaluation, I then formulate a teaching plan based on the student's individual need(s). I am a firm believe in encouraging the student to accomplish tasks themselves, and not to give them the answers. I will help to give them the tools to find the answers themselves, and therefore retain information while giving them the confidence they need to succeed. I also strongly believe in encouraging the individual and teaching differentially, as no two students are the exact same.
