I am enthusiastic in teaching. I lecture the student, demonstrate, then I try to get the students approach towards the topic by letting them so on their own what we have studied, not only to boost their confidence but also to foster understanding beyond memorization.I do facilitate problem-solving with curious mind and critical thinking to foster the learner's intellectual skills.My methodology varies with age, content and the student am teaching, although it cuts through all the methods to ensure the learner gets the concept correctly by breaking it down and bringing it to their level of understanding.I am flexible to switch from one method to another to
o accommodate the learner's understanding fo efficient learning.After several learning seats,I would have known the students weak, strong and average areas_with effective collaboration with the parent, this will make me work accordingly to facilitate the learner's improvement.I am passionate, empathetic and I posses an excellent communication creating a positive environment where I inspire and challenge students with a love for lifelong learning,going beyond just conveying information to truly connecting with and developing each student by investing in the learner's wellbeing, health and safety, physically, socially and emotionally.
