About Joey
Apart from what I do at Uni, I'm a strong believer of work life balance (or in this case work-uni-life balance). Outside of uni, I work at 2 different places - a vet clinic and a racecourse. Outside of work, I enjoy spending time with my horse (his name is Denny). We love a relaxing ride on the road and he likes to share my soft drink (can't say I feel the same)! I also have a dog and a bird at home and they love to watch TV with me, keep an eye our for them during our zoom sessions!

I'm currently enrolled in second year of DVM and I'm looking to teach undergraduate veterinary students/students aiming to be accepted into DVM. With that said, I have tutored students from different levels including highschool and first years students. I believe that a session should be 1 hour to effectively fit in enough content while maintaining attention span (we should stretch our legs after an hour of sitting down). Contents should be planned before a session, you can email or text me what you would like to go through for the session, even send me some relevant contents from your school that you might not quite understand so I can be prepared to help and run the session more efficiently.

Perfect! While the tutor engagement did not proceed due to a change in subject selection, Joey was extremely helpful in discussing content and navigating way forward.
