About Mike

Great acting is more complex than we were brought up to imagine. It is less about pretending and more about becoming. It is about experiencing both internal and external dealings of a character. Therefore as professionals, we dare not externalize what our characters are not experiencing internally.

About the lesson

I am interested in actors who will treat acting as sacred and actors who are willing to expand to their boxed ideas of what acting is. I will push you. I will move you from being a mediocre actor to being a less mediocre actor.
