About Panagioti
I started football with little to no knowledge of the sport and have worked my way up to being an award-winning, highly respected college football prospect. I have learned from the best coaches out there including NFL Defensive Player of the Year Keith Millard, as well as CJ Anderson who was the running back on the Broncos and won Super Bowl 50.

I have helped a variety of people learn how to play football, increase speed, agility, strength, and improve their skills. I have learned from multiple NFL players that have coached me in the past and want to help as well as improve other players with the knowledge that has been passed down to me. The practices will be 1 hr long sessions and will focus on whatever the player wants to improve on.
