I’m Shauna Manna, a passionate wellness guide with over two decades of experience helping others heal, grow, and align their lives. With a Bachelor of Science in Health Science and Public Health, I bring a comprehensive understanding of the body’s wellness needs, blending this knowledge with specialized certifications in Kemetic Yoga, Personal Training (NASM), Usui Reiki, and Queen Afua’s Sacred Woman Womb Wellness. My journey into healing and transformation has been shaped by the teachings of ancient traditions, alongside modern holistic practices. I offer a unique blend of Tantra, sound healing, breathwork, meditation, and intimacy coaching, empowering individuals to reconnect with their true selves, find balance, and awaken their inner power. I’ve had the privilege of teaching and guiding others for many years, and my approach is rooted in nurturing mind-body-spirit harmony through personal growth, energetic alignment, and physical vitality.
