• Deliver structured chess coaching to 100+ students aged 5–15 across beginner, intermediate, and advanced levels, in individual, group, and online formats
• Design and prepare self-made notes, worksheets, and puzzle sets tailored to each student's skill level and learning pace
• Track individual student progress and provide regular feedback to parents on development and tournament readiness
• Prepare select students for inter-school and state-level tournaments, including openings, tactics, and time-management strategy
• Coached multiple students to tournament wins across India and guided several others to achieve new personal rating milestones
• Mentored 3 USA-based students (via online coaching) to compete at the US Chess National championships 2025, each achieving a rating above 1500-1700
