About Jamie
Hi, my name is Jamie, I'm 23 years old and I have been creating Electronic Music for 10 years, within this time I have learnt a lot and gained a solid understanding of the fundamentals, intermediate and advanced techniques used in Industry standard productions. My previous productions have been signed to labels and received radio air time. Now I predominantly engineer other people's music, meaning that I advise on musical arrangement and provide a mixing service for clients.

When it comes to learning, I strongly believe that it must be fun! Regardless of how cliche that sounds, it is true, if we are taking in information whilst enjoying ourselves we naturally respond positively to this and therefore we are more engaged and concentrated. With this in mind, I will do my upmost to keep our lessons relevant, useful and enjoyable! In my opinion, Music is a never ending lesson, we learn new things everyday, whether it be a new shortcut in our Digital Audio Workstation (DAW), or something more technical such as the relevance of mono compatibility in relation to our Kick and Bass! I want to be able to provide you with as much knowledge as I can so that you can improve and feel more confident in your production ability. We will do feedback sessions whereby we can go over your work and set small tasks for you to do outside of lessons so that you can actually put the information into practice and apply what you've learned to further reinforce it.
