About PRIYA
I am an Assistant Professor from Tamil Nadu and a Freelance Nutritionist with a mission to simplify fitness. My teaching style is academic yet practical. I believe that a strong body starts with a smart mind. By integrating Food Chemistry and Human Anatomy, I provide my students with a 360-degree approach to Health and Wellness.

Fitness is a science, not just a routine. My classes combine Exercise Physiology with Nutritional Science to ensure you achieve results that last. As an Assistant Professor, I teach you the 'how' and 'why' behind every movement so you can train safely and effectively.
Class Structure:
Physiological Assessment (10 mins): Checking form, posture, and energy levels based on your pre-workout nutrition.
The Core Session (35 mins): Target-specific training (Strength, HIIT, or Functional Mobility) using evidence-based coaching methods.
Recovery & Lifestyle (15 mins): Post-workout stretching and a detailed discussion on your daily macro-intake & recovery class
