My way of teaching is based on the concepts of the Topics. Based on grades will be the last thing I Imply on the learner!
The Structure of my method is :
1. Reading and Understanding.
2. Explaining (According to the Learner).
3. Revising.
4. Testing.
5. Evaluating
6. Help with their Difficulties.
I have taught many High school students, where they performed really well in their exams... Most of them were interested in conceptual base learning, so they didn't mind their grades but had full knowledge about the topics they studied irrespective of the coverage of the syllabus!
So, whatever topic I teach they understand them really well (Varies Person to Person).
