My Ashtanga Yoga classes follow the traditional sequence with emphasis on breath, alignment, and mindful awareness. I guide students step by step, ensuring clarity and safety in every posture. A typical lesson lasts 60 minutes, beginning with breathwork and warm-up, followed by dynamic flow, and ending with relaxation. With years of dedicated practice and teaching, I create a balanced approach that is both structured and compassionate. My lessons are suitable for all levels — from beginners exploring yoga for the first time to experienced practitioners deepening their journey — and open to all age groups.
