About Lucía
Self-taught since 2012. I've always been passionate about realism, and I achieved an advanced level over the years. I have a lot of knowledge in materials, shading, lighting, sketching and basic proportions of the face to achieve a good photorealism. I have guided many people since 2015, and taught since 2018.

I feel more comfortable working with photographs since it is something that all students can manage to draw without problems or frustrations. Therefore, the main thing is to make the students feel comfortable with the photographs they want to draw. Then we analyze its different aspects (features, shapes, imaginary lines, lights, shadows, tones, semitones, etc.) to be able to capture them in the best way using the appropriate materials. There is a lot of work on technique, observation, and practice.
