Introduction As an art educator with a passion for nurturing creativity, I approach tutoring with a student-centered methodology that fosters artistic growth, technical skill development, and critical thinking. Teaching Methodology and Techniques: My classes are designed to be interactive and hands-on, incorporating a variety of techniques to cater to different learning styles. Some of the key elements of my approach include: 1. Project-Based Learning: Students work on real-world projects that challenge them to apply artistic concepts and techniques in practical ways. 2. Demonstrations and Workshops: I provide demonstrations and workshops to introduce new skills and techniques, followed by guided practice and feedback. 3. Critique and Feedback: Regular critiques and constructive feedback help students reflect on their work, identify areas for improvement, and develop their critical thinking skills. 4. Typical Length of a Lesson: The length of my lessons varies depending on the level and age of the students. Typically, my classes range from 1-2 hours, with breaks in between to allow students to reflect on their work and recharge. - Private Lessons: 1 hour - Group Classes: 1.5-2 hours Qualifications and Experience: I hold a degree in Bachelor of Laws, and as a self-taught artist, I have extensive experience teaching art to students of various ages and skill levels. My qualifications include: - Bachelor of Laws: [LLB University of Benin, Edo State, Nigeria] - Teaching Experience: 12 years teaching experience - Artistic Practice: I continue to practice as an artist, ensuring that my teaching is informed by current artistic trends and practices.
