About Ella
I am currently a university student and have been playing piano since 6 years old. I've taught multiple students ranging from complete beginner to RCM grade 8. I teach based on the RCM syllabus and have placed 1st in both Kiwanis and Mandarin Lion's Arts festivals.

I believe in varying my teaching style based on a student's level of interest, future goals and strive in my lessons to find methods to give my students motivation. I focus on teaching good foundation and technique that a student can carry through their musical journey, as well as give tips on efficient practicing and learning mindsets. For beginner students, it is important for me to first give my student an interest in music so that it may have a higher chance of becoming a passion.
