About Demetra
Graduating with a BA Commercial Music from BIMM Institute gave me the tools to dissect why songs resonate with listeners. I remember the frustration of having a great concept that just refused to fit into a coherent structure.
For 3 years I have navigated the gap between a hummed idea and a finished arrangement. My work focuses on prosody, motif development, and perspective.
I help you build dynamics across a song so the listener stays engaged from the first note. We spend time on title and concept development to ensure your message is clear.
Collaboration and co-writing are essential parts of my process. I have taught 139 students how to turn their bedroom demos into polished tracks. We refine your point of view until the lyrics align perfectly with your melody.

Focusing on the craft means looking at songwriting as a series of deliberate choices rather than waiting for lightning to strike. You deserve to understand how to move from a rough demo to a professional result. My teaching style is meant to be a conversation where we explore your creative instincts together. Having earned a BA Commercial Music from BIMM Institute, I bring technical rigour to our sessions.
I have spent 3 years helping bedroom producers and singer-songwriters find their distinct voice. We look at how to match words to melody and how to make your song structures flow naturally.
Sometimes we pause to analyse why a specific lyric lands so well or why a chord change feels surprising. It is all about building a reliable process that works for you every time you sit down to write. I want you to feel confident moving from an empty page to a finished song.
