Applied Bioscience and Zoology graduate with a First Class honours attained in 2022, I am currently employed as a Scientific officer for Cancer Research UK based at the Beatson institute, where I undertake in-vitro and vivo transgenic research. Outside of work and academics I am an outgoing and friendly person who is approachable and hardworking.

I have extensive knowledge of biology gained through my BSc in applied bioscience and zoology and my professional role as a Scientific Officer for Cancer Research UK. I have experience in 1 on 1 and group teaching gained through years of voluntary experience as a scout leader of ages 5-16. The typical lesson can last from 1 hour onwards and will focus on following the prescribed school curriculum (National 5, Higher or Advanced Higher). Setting up weekly or monthly targets to be met in accordance with learning outcomes that match those set out in the school curriculum.
