About Alison
I have taught and helped multiple people with their art subject/discipline in order for them to complete assignments in areas which they need guidance with. As I gave them my helping hand, they've been able to pass their assignments without a hitch. As a professional artist and freelancer (known under the name of Cupid Animation), I've also realized this is something I would love to continue and pursue as I express my love for art to other people. I've been tutoring since 2018 and I hope to continue with this journey.

I am a passionate Animator/Artist who is ready to give lessons to those who wish to learn art techniques in general, drawing or pen art, or even just to get creative in a positive learning environment. This can be anything from Anime and Manga, characters, perspective drawing, environments, learning to draw in either digital or traditional etc. I wish to base my classes on the student I'm teaching in order to approach the topic by their needs. My teaching method is by giving demonstrations and working step-by-step to however fast or slow my students need me to be - Everyone learns at their own pace. As well as prior notice to the scheduled meeting for any particular topics my students wish to learn from me for more effective lessons :) I want to bring the joys and hope to my students when I teach them about the subject I'm strong at. ________________________________________________________________________ Bringing/Obtaining their own tools is preferred ;) I give lessons both remotely and in-person - I am very flexible with my times and able to schedule according to you. For those who are located overseas or outside my traveling range, Webcam is preferred - I can use Discord, Zoom, Teams or Google Meet :) ________________________________________________________________________

Alison is such an amazing teacher, I was not confident in my drawing nor could I draw to the best of my ability but with Alison’s tips and lessons I was able to improve my skills so much more. Alison is a great teacher, she has patience and is willing to help you understand anything you have troubles with. She is fun and gives off great vibes around. Overall a wonderful person and a fantastic friend! I met her from her art, and it is outstanding! I’m honestly her top supporter!
I have known her for a couple of years and she is very dedicated and loves the work that she does.
Her method of teaching is very easy to understand and she'll go out of her way to help explain it in a way that is understandable.
When I was struggling to understand light shading, she pointed out where I went wrong and helped me improve.
I recommend her as she is a very good teacher but at the same time she is also very friendly and easy to get along with.She is kind and good at explaining. She's patient I believe she'll do a good job as a tutor.
