I’m Amrit Kumar Nayak, a PhD Scholar in Physical Education and a UGC JRF holder. Throughout my academic journey, I’ve developed a deep passion for Physical Education, sports science, and helping others achieve their goals.
The reason I want to share my knowledge with you is because I believe education is not just about passing exams, but about understanding the subject deeply and applying it in real life.
