About Melissa
I am a bilingual Brazilian American currently studying psychology in the UK. I have previously tutored for a college course and was an EFL teacher summer 2019. I have an associates degree from the College of San Mateo in the US. I also have a tutor certification from the College Reading & Learning Association and a TEFL certification.

My teaching method is based on grasping the basics and practicing one on one. I prefer to get to know a student and assess their needs so I can change the lesson to fit them better. I like to use different tools like media and music to encourage practical applications.
