About Kapish
I am a commerce graduate and I have done my graduation from Shri Ram College of Commerce, DU. I have done my MBA from IIM Indore. My areas of expertise are financial management and marketing management and have a good understanding of the subjects which I have read during my undergrads and post graduation. I like to share whatever little knowledge I possess with people and so I never miss a chance to teach people whenever I get one. I used to teach underprivileged children during my undergrads and I was also in the Pragati Club of IIM Indore who used to teach the in-house non-teaching staff of IIM Indore and their kids as well. So, I have good amount of experience in teaching children of primary,secondary and higher secondary classes.

I believe that the best teaching methodology is one which follows the participative style of teaching and this believe was strongly reiterated during my MBA days. If the teacher keeps on giving lecture on a topic and the student just listens to and copies the ideas of the teacher than he/she can never form an opinion of his own on the topic and he/she will not be able to understand the topic deeply. For better and clear understanding of anything one should always argue and question about everything and hence I also follow participative style of teaching where I involve all my students into discussion of topics.
