I've known Naomi for the seven years she was my dance instructor. She has lots of experience with teaching and choreographing for children and adults. Naomi showed great patience while teaching me to dance. When I would lose faith that I could ever get better she would still maintain a confidence in my ability to learn. She would sit down with me and she would help me write down each move in a way I could understand it. I have a new appreciation for hula because of how passionate and beautifully she danced. She taught with grace and wisdom. She was and is an amazing teacher, and I'm so grateful that I could learn from her.

Learning from Naomi is so easy because she explains what each dance movement means and the story behind it. It makes learning dance so much more exciting and interesting.
If there is a student that is struggling she will take the time to work with them and to break down the steps so that not only are you learning how to properly execute the movements properly, you learn without developing any bad habits or "shortcuts".

Naomi is encouraging, talented and always pushes you to do your best. I had no previous dance experience and would not have thought that I could have learned to dance. Despite this Naomi was able to teach me the Hula Basics. She developed my coordination, timing and body awareness. She gave me enough skill and confidence to be able to dance in front of crowds and perform shows. Naomi is a great teacher for any looking to learn Hula for the first time or for people looking to develop there Hula skills.

Naomi is very trustworthy, She helped me understand hula a lot more, I first learned hula with Naomi! Naomi was our dance director at Island Breeze Manitoba Canada for the last 9 years. She taught hula basics and choreographed many dances. We've performed these dances at many venues all over Canada, USA, Cuba, Israel, Australia and the latest at the Oceania Rugby 7s 2018 in Fiji. Naomi is passionate about dance that even on wknds she would teach young students. Naomi now resides in Aus and I know that whoever jumps on as a student will enjoy their time with her.
