About Deidre
Ek het n B.Com (Hons) Bemarkingsbestuur studeer by die Universiteit van Pretoria. Daarna het ek meestal my eie besighede gehad en ek dink aan myself as ñ entrepreneur. Wanneer daar nie werk beskikbaar was nie het ek my eie besigheid begin deur marknavorsing om skaars vaardighede aan te pak. Ek sal graag my studiegroep ook kan mentor met besigheidsvaardighede. With my solid background in education and a passion for helping students reach their academic goals, I am confident I am the ideal candidate for the role. Having worked as an Online Tutor for the past two years, I have developed a deep understanding of online teaching methods and best practices. I am well-versed in a variety of digital tools, including video conferencing, and e-learning platforms. I am also comfortable creating my own instructional materials and using them to help students understand complex concepts in an interactive and engaging way. In addition to my technical skills, I am an excellent communicator and highly organized. I work hard to build strong relationships with my students and their parents, providing timely feedback and guidance to ensure everyone is on the same page. I also have experience creating individualized learning plans and tracking student progress, enabling me to tailor my teaching sessions to the individual’s strengths and weaknesses.
