About Dr Joan
Hi, I’m Dr. Joan Ailia — a veterinary doctor, biomedical researcher, and academic tutor with international research experience across multiple countries.
I help students turn difficult scientific concepts into clear, logical, exam-ready understanding.
My background combines veterinary medicine, biomedical research, molecular biology, RNA sequencing, digital pathology, R programming, biostatistics, and medical data analysis. I have worked in university research environments including The University of Melbourne, Seoul National University, Pusan National University, and The Catholic University of Korea, giving me a strong foundation in both theory and real-world scientific practice.
