About Umer
Hello! My name is Umer, and I am an Aerospace Engineering graduate with a profound passion for making mathematics and physics accessible, engaging, and intuitive. Over the past several years, I have established myself as a dedicated professional educator, providing high-quality home and international online tutoring to students across the UK, US, and UAE.
My engineering background gives me a unique advantage as a tutor. I don’t just understand mathematical formulae and physical laws on paper—I apply them practically to complex systems, fluid dynamics, and structural mechanics. This technical expertise allows me to bring a fresh, real-world perspective to the classroom, helping students look past rote memorisation to find genuine interest in what they are learning.
I chose to venture into teaching because I know firsthand how a single great mentor can completely transform a student's academic trajectory. As an Aerospace Engineering graduate, I bring a highly analytical and practical approach to teaching Maths and Physics. My lessons are tailored specifically for UK students preparing for their GCSE and A-Level examinations, focusing heavily on building a rock-solid intuition for complex topics.
