About Eliot
I am an Actor from France based in the UK, I've graduated from two Drama Schools from each country, and started my career in London. I have been leading workshops and giving one to one lesson for years working with children and adults. I trained for both screen acting and theatre, and working nowadays in both industry internationally.

I am specified in the Michael Chekhov approach which is based on imagination, improvisation and psycho-physical work. I develop through simple physical exercises a greater awareness of once mind and body to directly connect with the palet of emotions we are all gifted with. Using movement work, breath work always with our imagination highly active.
Either preparing for a part or audition to quickly connect with the character and the imaginary circumstances or deeper work through discovering and forming a real and strong foundation of techniques in order to be inspired at any time.
