As a teacher my aim is to encourage the natural writing abilities of my students. I will cover fundamentals of song structures, lyric writing, song seeds, and rhythm that supports emotional resonance. I have a great deal of experience working as a composer for ads/commercials - this also allows me to provide a unique perspective on writing for commercial briefs vs. for personal use. I accept and welcome students of all abilities, from anyone who is curious about the writing fundamentals to those looking to step up their writing/production game.
