About PAUL
Paul Hopkins brings over 30 years of industry experience with a successful career spanning theater, film, and television. He is best known for his portrayal of ‘Mouse’ in the Emmy Award-winning Armistead Maupin’s Tales of the City series, Dale in Disney’s Z-O-M-B-I-E-S 1 & 2, and Karl in Vampire High. Paul has made over 25 guest-star appearances on shows like Suits, Diggstown, and 19-2, and his feature film credits include RED II, Art of War, and Mambo Italiano. On stage, Paul has performed across Canada, including 2 seasons at the Stratford Festival and the Atlantic Theatre Festival. In 2013, he was one of 3 finalists for the Christopher Plummer Fellowship Award of Excellence, recognizing his exceptional contribution to classical performance. As an acting coach, Paul brings his extensive experience to each session, having worked as an actor with top talent like Laura Linney, Olympia Dukakis, and Bruce Willis and trained under legendary directors like Michael Langham. His Meisner-based coaching blends classical techniques with modern methods, empowering actors to build confidence, emotional depth, and authentic performances. Paul is dedicated to helping emerging talent achieve their artistic goals and succeed in a competitive industry.
