About Tanya
I enjoy teaching because I find it really rewarding to help others understand things that once felt difficult. My teaching approach focuses on building a clear understanding of core concepts before applying them to exam-style questions. I believe that confidence in science comes from truly understanding how and why things work, rather than memorisation alone.
I tailor each lesson to the student’s needs, whether that involves simplifying difficult topics, reinforcing key knowledge, or challenging high-achieving students to reach top grades. I place particular emphasis on exam technique, helping students understand how to structure answers and maximise marks.
