About Wesley

My teaching methodology is built on a foundation of compassion, creativity, and flexibility, ensuring that every student feels supported, encouraged, and inspired throughout their learning journey. I use real-life examples and case studies to connect theory with practical application, helping students see the relevance of what they’re learning in the world of music. Whether it's mastering a piece or understanding music theory, I believe in making lessons engaging and meaningful. I tailor each lesson to suit the individual needs of my students, understanding that everyone learns at their own pace and in their own style. Flexibility is key in my approach; I adjust my teaching methods to ensure that every student feels comfortable and motivated to progress. Accountability is also a major part of my methodology. I encourage students to take ownership of their learning, set achievable goals, and celebrate their progress along the way. In addition to Piano, I can also teach related subjects such as music theory and composition, helping students gain a well-rounded understanding of music. Overall, my goal is to foster a deep love for music while helping students achieve their musical goals with confidence.
