About Megan
I am currently a third-year Accounting Sciences student at the University of Pretoria, working towards becoming a CA(SA). I know from my own personal experience how challenging and overwhelming High School can be, and I want to offer guidance to students on bettering their overall understanding of topics and the application thereof.

I find that working through past papers best equip you for exams.
Thus, after revising a specific topic I will work through past paper questions on that specific topic - teaching students how to approach and analyse questions and how to apply your knowledge in different scenarios.
We will spend more time on the student's problem-areas, however I feel it is important to cover all topics over the duration of our sessions.
- I am proficient in both Afrikaans and English.
- My lessons will take place online via Microsoft Teams and will take place later in the afternoon (to avoid interference with extracurricular activities)
IMPORTANT NOTE: Due to limited hours in my day, if I have multiple students 1. In the same grade, 2. Tutoring for the same subject, 3. In the same language, it will be a combined online class with more than 1 participant.
PLEASE NOTE that if this happens the price will reduce to R170 per hour.
*I do not consider this to be a disadvantage to the student since I will still address personal queries / struggles, and I find that it can be beneficial to the student to hear the questions and struggles of other students (it may help them identify challenges that they weren't aware of).
