About Julia
I've always moved. From gymastics, sports and ballet to hot yoga, movement has helped me release a lot of pent-up emotions. I've been working at a yoga studio for the past 3 years teaching yoga and spin, and am certified with the Yoga Alliance. I suffer from ADHD and anxiety, so I know how to utilize the tools of yoga to help allevitate symptoms. Let me help you feel better and less stressed!

My teaching approach is motivational, understanding, and compassionate. I want the student to feel comfortable with the flow but at the same time, step out of their comfort zone to find growth. I want to engage with the student to find out exactly what they need and align it with the various aspects of the thousands-year-old practice of yoga and meditation.

Pricing is $60/hour if in person plus $10 for travel, and $50 an hour if done virtually.
