I am an academic tutor and a senior engineering student with over 3 years teaching math and physics from middle school through high school in Utah and Venezuela.

First and foremost for Guidance and Support, as teachers can provide guidance and an adult point of view to students. Many are willing to answer questions, offer advice and help with personal problems, something Caren does not overlook and she exhibits these qualities, making her a reliable teacher who can be counted on.
Similarly, Trust in Students is a gesture that can indicate a teacher's trustworthiness is her confidence in students. For example, one teacher left an encouraging message to her students before an exam, saying, "Now, after this, take a deep breath and do your best work. Ask for help if you need it and trust yourself. I do." Having said this example, it is something that I have seen Professor Caren show in her classes and she has a cheerful and optimistic attitude at all times, so, she is a teacher that you can trust and be yourself without fear of anything.
Likewise, She has Encouragement of Creativity, something I have seen from her, that she likes to know about it and understand, help and make her students tap that potential in themselves, believing in them, making them understand that creativity is a valuable skill and not to allow or stop believing in themselves.
She is 100% recommendable excellent person, excellent teacher and excellent woman, she will never let her students down, she will be at all times present and that makes her useful.
