About Abigail
Hi, I'm Abi.
I'm a final year college music student, who specializes in voice. I have music a passion for music, it is in every corner of my life.
I, myself, am a singer-songwriter and musical theater performer.
I have such a passion for teaching music in all its forms. I have also taught music in a secondary school for a year and it was one of the most rewarding things I've ever done.
I want to inspire more people in their journey with music and learning to sing.
There is nothing quite better than letting go, closing your eyes, and feeling the music.

During my lessons, I intend to work on vocal technique, breath work, vocal health, and your general confidence as a singer.
My lessons can be catered to whatever your goals are for your singing journey but most will follow a similar structure.
I will work on:
Vocal warm up: getting your voice ready to sing and working on your breathing, control, and range.
Repertoire: finding songs that you connect to as a singer, and learning songs that you already love.
Performance skill: learning how to perform and connect to what you're singing, and how to address an audience if you are singing for a crowd.
Performance anxiety: if you are someone who struggles performing in front of an audience, I can give you ways to manage and overcome performance anxiety
Secondary school practicals: if you are a student, I have experience grading and teaching the exam practicals, so I can help you fully prepare for your exam day.
Who are my lessons for?
I can teach all ages and all skill levels.
Whether you are a beginner or a seasoned singer, I'd love to help you on your vocal journey.
I specialize in genres such as pop, rock and musical theater but I'd be happy to work on any genre.
My experience and qualifications.
I am a 4th year student in a BA of music, with my instrument specialty in voice. I also have a year experience teaching music in a secondary school.
I have plenty of performance experience, including musical theater shows and gigs.
