I completed my 800 hours teacher training with Byron yoga centre after having a passion for yoga for 10 years. I am grounded and easily approachable and want to find a practice that works for everyone. I believe there are so many options with yoga and there truly is a way everyone can bring yoga into their life.

Classes are assessable to all levels whether of you be a first time yogi or an advanced warrior.
Specialised in Hatha (slow flow), breath work and mediation. Also offer pre/post natal classes helping you to connect with your bump or baby.
Heated classes and foundation classes also optional helping you to really connect to what works best for you and your body.
