About Vanshika
I am 500 hours trained yoga and meditation instructor. I have done my training from Dharamshala in Himalayas from Himalayan Iyengar yoga centre and 200 hours certification from Pranayama school of yoga in Delhi. I have over 1500 hours of teach experience and have trained over 100 individuals over the last 3 years.

The classes are a combination of warm-up/joint mobility, pranayama, asanas and relaxation. The practice is both dynamic and grounding helping the mind and body to de-stress through the connection with the breath. The physical benefits are gaining strength and flexibility while allowing the mind to relax.
